Twelve Days of Christmas

Presented by Cam Clark Ford. (Coming in 2018). We are so EXCITED to announce the addition of the Twelve Days of Christmas to the Airdrie Festival of Lights! Feel free to break out in song as you travel along the path of this beautiful new grouping!

North Pole

2013FOL_0062Presented by (TBA).  Ever wonder what toys Santa has at the North Pole?  Well take a stroll around this display and see for yourself.  You’ll find soldiers, toy ducks, balls, drums, and more!

Skating Party

2013FOL_0062Presented by (TBA). Who grew up skating on those homemade rinks, and backyard ponds? Reconnect with those childhood memories! Here, you’ll find the entire family enjoying Canada’s favourite winter pastime. But keep an eye out, because we’ve heard a lone bear has found himself a pair of skates too! (Spoiler Alert – An ice-skating bear is being added to this grouping for 2018).

Candy Land

Presented by (TBA).  This is one of our largest groupings, filled with candy canes, lollipops, wrapped candies, gingerbread people and more!  Best part is, these won’t rot your teeth.  And don’t forget to snap a photo with the Candy Cottage as your backdrop, in our specially roped off area.

Woodland Fantasy

Presented by Tim Hortons.  Behold our Dancing Lights, our most animated and lively grouping in the entire park!  This grouping is set to some of your favorite holiday songs, with the lights flashing to the sound of Christmas music.  A Must See!


Santa Takes Flight

Presented by McKee Homes.  Keep an eye on those reindeer leaping into the sky pulling Santa’s Sleigh behind them.  An animated grouping that is a family favourite.

Penguin Village

Presented by Bow Valley Credit Union.  Have you ever seen a penguin fishing… with a fishing pole?  All that and more await you in Penguin Village.  (Spoiler Alert – We’re adding to this grouping in 2018 with a tobogganing penguin off the igloo!)

Winter Wonderland

Presented by Mattamy Homes.  Beautiful trees and Swans-a-swimming make the perfect Winter Wonderland!

Poinsettia Arch

Presented by (TBA). The Poinsettia Arch is the Main Entrance to the Airdrie Festival of Lights!  A glowing photo opportunity to remember your visit with us.


Presented by RE/MAX.  Take a stroll along Main Street Airdrie, from years gone by….  Here you’ll find the Clock Tower, General Store, Toy Store and the ever-famous Hotel.  (Spoiler Alert – We’re adding a family of Carolers to this grouping for 2018)

Ski Run

2013FOL_0062Presented by Fortis Alberta.  This grouping recently saw completion of the rewiring project that was started in 2016.  Here you’ll find a hill full of evergreens and slaloming skiers.


Presented by (TBA).  A Christmas Classic.  Set high up on the hill you’ll find the stable with all your favourites inside.  Including, Mary and Joseph with baby Jesus, the Three Wise Men, and more.

Toy Train Express

2013FOL_0062Presented by (TBA). Thanks to a local artist, Shawnee Hoffman, and a grant from the Community Investment Funds at the City of Airdrie, this display came to life in 2015.  All Aboard the Toy Train Express!

Candy Cane Lane

Presented by (TBA).  The other unofficial entrances to Nose Creek Park.  Candy Cane Lane stretches the entire back path and connects visitors walking off Main Street into the park.
